Outpatient services for mental illness and substance use patients:
• Comprehensive Clinical assessments (CCA):
Blessing Care Services, LLC provides Comprehensive Clinical Assessments (CCA)
which are evaluations of an individual presenting mental health and substance use conditions that result in the clinical summary of a written report providing a mental health or substance use disorder diagnosis.
• Individual therapy:
Blessing Care Services, LLC provides individual therapy to meet the clinically significant behavioral or psychological symptoms or patterns identified as the individuals' treatment needs.
• Family therapy:
Blessing Care Services, LLC provides family therapy to meet the clinically significant behavioral or psychological symptoms or patterns identified as treatment needs of the families or individuals with families.
At Blessing Care Services, we provide outpatient treatment services for adults and adolescents struggling with mental health issues. Our comprehensive approach to mental health treatment includes:
Diagnosis and Evaluation: Our team of mental health professionals uses a variety of evaluation tools, such as medical history, psychiatric assessments, and psychological testing, to gain a better understanding of your mental health condition.
Personalized Treatment Plan: Once we have identified your specific needs, we create a customized treatment plan tailored to your unique circumstances. Our treatment plans may include medication management, psychotherapy, group therapy, family therapy, and other evidence-based treatment modalities.

Blessing Care Services, LLC supports people with mental and or substance in their recovery journey with:
• Acquisitions of skills needed to manage symptoms and utilize community resources.
• Assistance needed to develop self-advocacy skills to achieve decreased dependency on the mental health system.
• Assistance and support needed to prepare for a successful work experience.
• Peer modeling needed to take responsibility for his or her recovery.
• Peer support skills needed to develop or maintain daily living skills.
Peer Support Specialists are people living in recovery from mental illness and/or substance use disorder who support others who can benefit from their experiences.
Peer Support Specialists at Blessing Care Services engage, inspire, and facilitate meaningful conversations with members served that assist the person to explore, create, and meet their own recovery goals. They provide consultation to the team to promote and reinforce our Recovery Culture, in which each member’s point of view and preferences are recognized, understood, respected, and integrated into services and self-help programming.
Additionally, our Peer Support Specialists respond to critical situations with high level engagement and de-escalation skills which support a least restrictive environment for individuals experiencing an emergency related to a mental health/addiction challenge.

We provide in-home care services in the Greater Raliegh area.
Our professional homecare providers are competent, qualified and dependable. We use experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Whatever your personal or homecare needs, we will match you with a specialist trained to handle your unique requirements in the comfort of your own home.
Home Care Services
Blessing Care Services, LLC provides home care services to administer health care and support to the elderly, the ill, and people with disabilities. Our dedicated, licensed, trained, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Personal Care Aids (PCAs), under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, provide the services below:
• Companion care services:
Blessing Care Services provides companion care services to elderly people, ill people, or people with disabilities, as well as the social and emotional support they need to live happy and healthy lives. Some of the services patients receive are playing card games, helping with other hobbies, watching TV, Reading, driving the senior to social events, helping prepare meals, doing laundry, light housekeeping, picking up prescriptions, grocery shopping, running errands, being there to talk…
• Sitter services:
Blessing Care Services, LLC provides sitter services to patients to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation, emotional support, including active listening and reassurance, assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as personal care tasks like bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and mobility., medication reminders (but not administration), nutrition management, Light housekeeping, transportation to errands, medical appointments, or social outings, engagement in recreational activities, like promoting an individual’s hobbies and routines or assisting them with mental stimulation, grocery shopping, cooking, cleaning, and traveling to appointments or leisure activities.
• Respite services:
Blessing Care Services, LLC Respite Services helps to provide short-term relief for primary caregivers, giving them time to rest, travel, or spend time with other family and friends. The care may last anywhere from a few hours to several weeks. Respite care can occur at home, in a health care facility, or at an adult day care center.
• In-Home Aid:
Blessing Care Services, LLC provides activities of daily living such as personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication assistance, transfer and ambulance, and recreational activities.
Outpatient Therapy
Sometimes the people closest to us are just not who we need to help us deal with mental illness. When this is the case, individual counseling with a therapist or counselor trained to offer support and guidance can be extremely helpful in moving forward.
Peer Support Services
Certified Peer Support Specialists provide support and guidance to individuals facing mental health and substance abuse challenges by sharing their own lived experiences and knowledge. The service is funded by NC Medicaid and private insurance.
Home Health
Working with experienced, compassionate caregivers means that you or your loved one can continue to live at home—safely, securely, and as independently as possible. Family members can rest assured that their loved ones’ personal needs are met by professionals.
